Jeff Houpe (owner) started Tuff Coat back in 2000 after visiting a friends body shop and taking an interest in their bed-liner machine... Jeff has been spraying ever since.

Tuff Coat uses Mil-Spec spray-in bed liners backed with a lifetime warranty to ensure customers are always happy with their liner. If anything goes wrong, we will always be here!
